定语特别多的几个句型的翻译

没错，stable against是“对什么。。稳定”，可是“对进一步的缺陷产生如misfit和threading dislocation稳定”这句话不怪吗，太头重脚轻了，如果没有英文对照，只看中文，难免让人模糊、不知所云。

好像比较明显的是在描述具有某种优点吧，without causing，就像中文里的“没有导致、没有引发”后面常常跟的是不利的结果或者缺点吧，不然没必要又without又not的吧。

stable against不能拆开理解，这是be+形容词+介词短语(作状语)的结构，参见张道真实用英语语法最新版。

加个括号

这样清楚，不会不知所云了吧。

对于第三句我一直是这样理解的：
The relaxed SiGe-on-insulator substrate 稳定，就因稳定所以不会发生后面的事情

nigerose的翻译的意思是

further defect production such as misfit and threading dislocations发生的情况下The relaxed SiGe-on-insulator substrate 是稳定。
