定语特别多的几个句型的翻译

下面的这几个句型都是我经常碰到的，大家帮忙翻译一下，最好能加以解释，谢谢：

2The implant rich region has an ion concentration that is sufficient to act as a diffusion barrier to Ge.

我的翻译：
1 调节抛光液浓度为预定浓度的设备
第一句困扰我的就是adjust 1 to 2, 然而2是1的一个属性参数，该怎么办？

2 此富注入区具有足够浓度的离子充当锗扩散的阻挡层
第二句that后面的句子是修饰the implant rich region 呢还是ion concentration呢，如果是前者，那么怎么去解释sufficient呢

3 弛豫硅锗/绝缘体衬底稳定，其抑制更多的缺陷，例如错配和螺旋为错的产生
第三句中最大的问题就在于stable against这句话，stable和against后面的短语是冲突的，所有要将句子拆成两个？这样的句子见过很多还有integrity against

4 使磨削相关的应力保持不变
问题是without……not……双重否定，不知道我的翻译对不对

......而不造成grinding-associated stress没有残余

这样的句子太简单了，直接翻译就好了。

溶液体积为100mL，浓度为1mol/L。

以后升记得要大写，这是行规。

那么slimcap的翻译就不够符合中文表达习惯。另外，不管行规是否规定升要大写，在专利文件中用小写的情况比比皆是。

首先这些句子定语都不是特别多。
关于stable against，句子只是说针对缺陷产生而言是稳定的，而按你的翻译，可能有很多方面的稳定性，然后再说明一下能抑制缺陷产生。存在逻辑上的翻译错误。可以google别人如何翻译的。

关于4，没有上下文，我只能这样猜测。难道没有“残余应力”这个术语吗？http://www.hdst.net/这个网站就叫“中国残余应力‘。大学低年级专业基础课如《工程力学》中应该有这个概念吧。
