请问：美国专利申请中，已withdrawn的权利要求在何时何种情况下恢复？

发现有些美国专利申请中，有些权利要求被申请人withdrawn了，而不是cancelled，这种被withdrawn的权利要求应该是可以恢复的。
我的问题是：被withdrawn的权利要求可以通过什么方式何时得到恢复？
分案应该是其中的一种吧？

在回复单一性意见时，如果选择产品，产品发明被批准后，方法发明可以REJOIN.

When replying to a restriction/election requirement, choose to elect one group with traverse. If without the traverse, the withdrawn claims cannot be rejoined.

Another possibility is that if one claim is identified as generic claim that encompasses both group a (elected group) and group b (non-elected group), when the generic claim is later allowed, the withdrawn group can be rejoined.

这种withdrawn的权利要求被恢复的情况只限于单一性的问题吗？
还有没有其它的情况也是可以先withdrawa一部分权利要求然后再恢复呢？
