该定语从句中“ arising within components while maintaining a sufficiently low cutoff frequency ”这个部分应该是难点，我认为arising应该是分词作定语，限定前面的“offset”，从意思上面讲得通；
最后需要分析的是\"while maintaining a low cutoff frequency\"是和arising并列的关系，还是和“eliminates the serial effect ”并列的，我的分析是后者。
以上即是我对这句话的分析，可能存在不少问题，请楼主以及高手指正。
