简单谈谈翻译经验：
1 平时注意总结专利法律相关的单词和常用的专利句式，将他们些汇总烂熟于心，比如：thereof，claims里条款的分句句势，还有一些特征单词wherein 的使用。
2 从网上查找一些公开的专利文件，学习翻译的方法和专利词汇的正确的译文，是学习翻译的一条捷径。
3 自己尝试着用德文特专利工具查询专利族，可以将中文专利翻译成英文或其它外文专利，再与专利族中的外文专利进行对照，反复琢磨，拿笔记本记录句式或词汇的不足进行汇总，以便不断复习提高
4 专业词汇需勤查字典，切记懒惰，如果字典里也没有对应翻译，尽量网上搜索相关原文出处，在一定专业环境下努力使翻译更准确。
附上平时收集的鱼专利有关的词汇，翻译不一定准确，供参考。
