如上只为us5,944,466的前两项独立权利要求,还有众多的独立权利要求,对此我非常困惑,虽然权利要求书的撰写是有不断的重复,
在侵权比对的时候,我一般只将第一个独立权利要求拿出来作全要件比对,如果不存在争议,便在此终止,不再考虑其余独立项的内容
我的这种做法不知道对不对?
