呵呵，nigerose也说了，原文“可能”有误，但独权出现错误的几率大吗，我不是专门搞翻译的，还得请nigerose有空聊聊；另外，英文毕竟不是我们的母语，也说不准\"substantially all of\"就是一个标准的用法，只是用我们学的“死”语法套不进来而已。
在这里，我只是就楼主给的句子进行分析，还请各位不断来拍啊。

权利要求书中出错经常可见。

做专利翻译，要经常想到原文是否有误。专利文件和教科书不同，出错的地方很多。

英语国家的专利常有这样的错误吗？如果遇到怀疑是错误的地方，应该和申请人做确认吧；
另外，如果出错后会使英文的专利有歧义，且说明书也存在同样会引起歧义的错误，请求审查员接受这种改正是否有难度？
