Participant Members and General Members of the Corporation, in each case who have qualified for the classification according to the provision of the Bylaws and who remain in good standing; provided; however, that designation in this Intellectual Property Rights Policy as a Member shall not bestow any rights of statutory membership in the Corporation。 |
