谁能帮我看看这个专利的法律状态？ES8308954A1，急求！

答辩遇到了一个麻烦的专利，ES8308954A1，公开日期是1983.12.16，但是欧洲专利局查不到它的法律状态，也不知道这个西班牙专利的保护年限，恳请各位帮帮忙阿！万分感谢！

果汁局审查出的对比文件也可能是无效的专利把？
