We appreciated the kind notice regard the gloves with integrated light from Mechanix Wear, Inc., as an innovative company in gloves industry, Melody finger Glove always gives respect to the original and initial innovation. We respect Mechanix Wear, Inc diligence in the gloves and protect clothing industry and the intellectual property they own.
After reviewing the U.S. Patent No.6,892,397, we notice the products between the Melody Finger Glove and Mechanix Wear, Inc own some kind same function but the designation of the origin concept should not be the same. For two years we had been focusing on the lighting application in working dark circumstance, we adopt adjustable light spot to fit kinds of tool application.
We are regret that Mechanix Wear found it conflicting in US market between the two products; to avoid any further conflict may occur in US market we already decided stopping the cooperation with related company for this lighting gloves project.
As gloves manufacturer we never stop researching and developing new products to improve life quality, we would be appreciated the business solution propose from Mechanix Wear, Inc, we also appreciate the positive affirmation on Melody Finger Glove’s professional. We also would like to present other innovative products at Mechanix Wear, Inc interest.
