关于欧洲专利申请提实审的时限从什么时候算?

欧洲专利申请提出实质审查的时限应该是欧洲专利局公布其检索报告起6个月。
请问：如果是通过PCT途径进入欧洲专利申请的，因为其本身已带有国际检索报告，一般在欧洲公布时就带有国际检索报告，那么6个月提实审的时限是从什么时候算？（国际检索报告公布 OR 欧洲专利局的补充检索报告？）

此外，是不是对于PCT途径进入的欧洲专利申请，欧洲专利局都会做出补充检索报告？

You need to file the request for examination within six months of the date on which the European Patent Bulletin mentions publication of the European search report (see point 151). The request, which you must submit in writing, is contained in the Request for Grant form but it is not deemed to be filed until you have paid the examination fee. Once filed, it cannot be withdrawn.
The request for examination must be filed and the examination fee paid within 31 months of the filing date or, if priority has been claimed, of the earliest priority date, or up to six months after the date of publication of the ISR, whichever time limit expires later. Therefore, as a rule and unless the ISR was published after 25 months from the date of filing or the earliest priority date, the request for examination must be filed and the examination fee paid on entry into the European phase, i.e. within the 31-month time limit.

答：若EPO不是ISA，才会有所谓SESR。

另外，因为欧专局新的政策调整跟检索审核相关，所以顺带说下供参考：

EPO有新的政策调整，在2010年4月1日起执行：
其重要内容就是欧洲专利申请人申请检索以及以后审核的稿件要做出调整：形式上只能有一个独立权利要求。

PCT进入欧专局申请的案件，适用于检索报告在2010年4月1日起做出的申请。

根据新的政策，在进入欧洲阶段时就依据新规则进行修改是明智的做法。
