前面的which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.我翻译成了“其全部公开内容通过引用结合到本文中”，到
All patents, patent applications and publications cited herein are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety in order to more fully describe the state of the art as known to those skilled therein as of the date of the invention described herein.这段应该怎么翻译啊？

这里的All patents, patent applications and publications cited我认为可以翻译成“申请中引用的所有专利、专利申请和出版物”，可是在前面“This application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Patent Application No.“，申请要求的某个专利的权益，这个相关专利和后面的All patents, patent applications 什么关系？该如何理解？
