求教：这句中 in rotation （with） 的意思

如题，请各位大大看下这个句子，机械方面的，

the releasable connecting means (11) are formed by two viz. truncated gears (26, 27), one of which (26) is made integral in rotation with the winding-up tube (2), whereas the other one (27) is mounted, fixed in rotation, on the outlet shaft (10) of the gearing motor with a brake (5),

里面的两个 in rotation （with），是不是同一个意思，如果是，怎么翻译？
我一直在犹豫，究竟是“在旋转中”，还是“轮流地”？
还有，made integral 怎么翻译比较好？“成为其整体一部分”还是“一起，共同地”？
