hiring a patent attory may cost you too much. in fact, few cases will end up in court, so the general rules apply. if you are a patent engineer, I guess you can read more books about US patent law to solve your problem.

Report this matter, especially related risks, to your boss, and ask, in writing, certain budget for locating and retaining a U.S. patent attorney.If the company grants no such budget, you will be cleared of liabilities once infringement may become an issue in the future.

呵呵，这个我们也试过，由于跟外界沟通的是总公司法务部，我们很难和外面直接联系；
何况，中国的法制环境就那样，老板做销售的，不重视这些技术性的东西；

根据全面覆盖原则，只要不是全面覆盖对方的技术特征，不算侵权
因此，在规避创新点的时候，就需要仔细比对双方的技术特征了
