请教 翻译中被动语态的使用问题

（原句）   通过比较存储在广播数据分组的节点的邻居表中的第二中继节点序列号和通过“问候”分组发送的第一中继节点序列号，可以检测数据分组是否在广播过程中被丢失。
  （翻译）By comparing the second relay node sequence number stored in the neighbor table of the node which has broadcasted the date packet with the first relay node  sequence numbers transmitted through a Hello packet ,it is possible to check whether or not date packet is losting during broadcasting.
     
    请高手指点一下，这句翻译中为什么 用....node which has broadcasted，而不用node which has been broadcasted......
     这句同样.....with  the first relay node sequence numbers transmitted ......应该是被发送，为什么不用 ..... was transmitted...

1、compare sth. with sth.
2、the node 是用来 broadcasted the date packet 的，不是被动的。
