好消息！没有原件INVOICE账单的欧洲律师费、代理费、专利费也可以退增值税了

专利代理行业辛勤工作的同学们，有好消息了！欧洲律师所的律师费、服务费、咨询顾问费、专利费等原本需要INVOICE原件才可以办理欧洲增值税退税，现在电子版也可以退税了。电子版就是国外所发来的Word版/ Excel版/ PDF版，或者其他文件格式的发票/、账单，例如tiff扫描文档等。只要不是外所打印，然后扫描并电邮过来的INVOICE都可以办理境外增值税退税了。

总结下，以下类型的发票都可退税：
1.        原件INVOICE
2.        电子版INVOICE, 包括Word版，Excel版，PDF版本，甚至其他格式，如tiff扫描文件等。只要不是外方打印出来，再扫描，再电邮过来的就行。
3.        扫描版INVOICE. 如果外方发来先打印，再扫描并发邮件过来的INVOICE, 可以沟通他们将电子版(Word版，Excel版，PDF版) 电邮过来就可以退税。这样不用他们国际快递，比较经济便捷，外方应该比较容易接受。

此外，该INVOICE必须是含税的哦，怎么判断是否含税呢？看如下表格，如果发票含蓝色缩写项目，表示是含税的，这个税款，是可以退回来的哦：
