美国OA答辩中遇到的问题

在前几次答复中，申请人将权1中多处‘image data stream’ 改为了'MPEG4 image data stream'。


Claim Objection：
Claim 1 continues to be objected to as non-compliant, because the amended claim term 'MPEG4' still has not been properly noted in claim 1 lines 5 and 14. Appropriate corrections are required.
请问“has not been properly noted ”是什么意思呢？是说权1中还有的地方没有将‘image data stream’ 改为'MPEG4 image data stream'吗？
应该如何继续修改呢？

claim 1中的描述不一致， 可能因为claim 1 lines 5 and 14中是否没有将‘image data stream’ 改为'MPEG4 image data stream'啊？

有个“still ”，是不是原来有不清楚的问题，增加'MPEG4后还不清楚
