摘要  [s:10]URPOSE: To easily manufacture a roller conveyor coping with respective specifications by using a drawing mold member molded into the required section as a supporting frame, and inserting and arranging rollers into grooves part provided on this supporting frame at the required distance. CONSTITUTION: In a supporting frame 12 of the roller conveyor 10, groove parts 12a each of which has the specific width are formed near the upper end on the side surface, in the center part, and near the lower end. Attaching fittings 18 into which both ends of a rotary shaft 16 of a roller 14a are inserted are inserted into the groove parts 12a. The rollers 14a on which the fittings 18 are attached are inserted and arranged into the groove parts 12a at the required pitch, and then bolts 26 are screwed into the attaching fittings 18 from the outside surfaces of the supporting frame 12, thereby the roller 14a are fixed to the supporting frame 12. |
