PCT数字证书请教

digital id center进入后，点击enroll，输入姓名，邮件等信息后，点击accept，结果出现了the usb token driver could not be found!please make sure that token driver has been installed sucessfully before enrolling. 结果就不能注册了。什么问题啊?请教啊。
