关于欧洲专利申请，请问这个价格合适吗？

最近有客户想申请欧洲专利，联系了两家欧洲所
他们给出的代理费价格如下：
Attorney Fees:

Representation of a European patent application: 780 EUR
Search request: 350 EUR
Examination request: 350 EUR
Designation of all contracting states: 180 EUR
Claim fee for the 51st and each subsequent claim: 100 EUR

Report on Communication under Rule 71(3) EPC and handling the grant: 450 EUR

Translating costs per 100 words from English into German or French: 24 EUR to 30 EUR

Reporting on the Decision to grant and transmission to representatives:240 EUR

请问这些费用高吗，还有
其中：Report on Communication under Rule 71(3) EPC and handling the grant
和 Reporting on the Decision to grant and transmission to representatives

前面幾個一般都在初始申請時一次過搞定，這個報價很不便宜，

Claim fee for the 51st and each subsequent claim: 100 EUR
你確定是從51開始？而且這個爲什麽要收service fee？

Report on Communication under Rule 71(3) EPC and handling the grant: 450 EUR
包括哪些？包不包之後的付費提交翻譯等等？

Translating costs per 100 words from English into German or French: 24 EUR to 30 EUR
因公司而異，你要是自己能搞定也沒啥

Reporting on the Decision to grant and transmission to representatives:240 EUR
轉寄證書包不包？

總體而言挺不便宜的，當然也有可能你找得是很好的大所，本身收費就特別貴。加上你們是新客戶，案子又少，沒給折扣。

这几项 其实我觉得也就是填填请求书的事吧 真的不应该这么高的

前面这几项如果总的来说 700EUR 应该够了吧
可以还价到700EUR吗
有没有合适的所给推荐下呀，谢谢了
