目前遇到一个问题，有件美国专利，申请日1995/7/12, 授权日2001/4/3, 由于审查期间延误，补偿1252天，

我的分析是：
根据MPEP 2701的说法，1995/6/8之后申请的案子应该自最早的要求continuing application的parent申请日加20年，然后再加上补偿期限，应该是1980/8/14+20year+2152days, 所以应该是2004/1/18到期
我的疑问是
1.为什么2004/9/29申请人又交了一次年费，并且PAIR上显示2009年才因为没交年费过期

2.transaction data里面的petiton是因为多交了年费又申请退回么，但是那就因该写maintanence fee而不是issue fee啊
