以前没见过although和if联用的，后半句看不懂
学校里讲过although不能和but联用，但是although……if也没见过

基本可以确定是笔误，这里，if应为it，呵呵，倒是“specific”翻译成“特异性”是个亮点。

我一直怀疑是笔误
应该真是笔误

中国人在这里，“但是”即使拼成了“旦是”或“”蛋是“，意思基本上没有丝毫改变；
英语it要是拼成if，则谬以千里了

specific 翻成 ‘特异性’不好。直接翻成‘具体的’就可以了

应该是it，拼写错误

个人认为，specific embodiments 在这里翻成“特定实施例”比较好。
