国外网站上公开专利内容是否会让专利权流失

我为了推广自己的发明，在forums.logitech.com以及dell的网站上进行了公开，但之后注意到terms and conditins有roylty-free的说法，是否我的发明会让对方无偿使用？还是只限于版权？我关心的是专利权。

前提是你在Logitech网站上post你的发明之前，你已经申请了专利：

Logitech主要be granted的还是使用你在网站上发表的文字的版权（content），以及你的其他一些个人信息。

如果你确实post了发明的全部内容，包括专利申请文件的全部权利要求，而万一以后logitech和您真的发生了争议，logitech又不讲理地认为他们获得了你的专利royalty-free，其声明中“use, copy, display, perform, distribute, adapt, create derivative works, sublicense, and promote Your Content ” 的文字不足以证明他们获得了你的专利许可，因为专利许可下的活动通常是用另外一些词汇来描述的。

尤其从最后一句话：“and that Logitech will own all intellectual property that we create based upon or incorporating your feedback.” 可以看出，他们更在意的是根据您post的idea他们自己又做出的创新和设计，才是他们真正要拥有owership的。
