“它”很可能指代if后面的内容，楼主根据上下文仔细想想。

“也有利的是，......”（if不翻出来会好些），或者翻成“....也是有利的”（如果后面的内容不长的话）

换如下方式也可以……

当仅第一轮组件与第二论组件之一被挂接到底座上，焊接车架很稳固的话，也不失为一优势  （我的理解）
