final OA后，在两个月内答复，在三个月底前收到advisory action。extension fee怎么计算？

在三个月底前收到（应该是发出日吧），还是按三个月计算。如果发出日是在三个月以后，则按发出日计算。

一个缩短的法定答复周期已被设定为从邮寄这个action的日期起计算的三个月。如果一个最早的答复是在邮寄这个最终action的日期的两个月内递交，而advisory action是在三个月的缩短的法定答复周期以后才发出，那么缩短的法定答复周期将定在advisory action发出的那天结束（也就是三个月以后的某天，而不是整三个月--远航注），这样extension fee将按照advisiory action的邮寄之日起计算。但是，在任何情况下，法定的答复周期都不能超过从final action以后的六个月。

注意request for reconsideration不是一个真正的reply（真正的reply是RCE或appeal）所以它不会使时间停止。
