日本专利的年费交费记录和到期记录如何查询？

在日本专利局只查到专利的法律状态，但没找到年费的交费记录和到期时间，不知在什么地方能查到？

好像没办法查到。倒是希望有人能挺身而出指责我在瞎说。。。

我知道美国的File History最后一页有这信息，日本的不能确定，或许也在File History中会有。

先进入「経過情報」⇒后按「登録情報」
上面写得很详细

比如一个发明的登录情报是：
登録記録 登録査定書 : (平18.1.31) 作成日(平18.2.2)
設定納付書 : (平18.2.27) 作成日(平18.2.28)
登録証 : (平18.3.14) 作成日(平18.3.3)
年金納付書 : (平21.5.28) 作成日(平21.6.4)
最終納付年分記事 3年
更新日付 (平21.6.4)

这里只看出今年的年费是2009.5.28交的，其它的如下一次年费到期日、下一次的年费年度等等不知是否能看出？问日本代理所回答下一次到期是2010.3.3，与上面的记录中找不到对应的日期？

日本的代理所说得没有错，下一次到期应该是2010.3.3,
对应的日期如下：

登録証 : 作成日(平18.3.3)

具体不知为什么今年的年费是2009.5.28才交，估计是延期了，
年度的话如下

最終納付年分記事  3年

但我也有个疑问，就是今年交的年费应该是第4年的，上面却是3年？

At what time are annual fees due in Japan?

At the grant of a patent, the annual fees for the first three years must be paid all together as a lump sum constituting the registration fee. Further annual fees are due yearly in advance.

For patents granted up to 1996 (old Japanese patent law), annual fees are due for each year as from the date of publication of the examined document. For all patents granted according to the new Japanese patent law (01 January 1996 onwards), the due date for annual fees is the date of grant (registration).
