puzzling------WO专利的法律状态如何检索？

各位专利达人，本人现对一WO专利在中国的法律状态十分感兴趣，如何才能检索到其在中国的法律状态？怎样查询呢？是不是先在EPonline上查询其同族专利然后获得其在中国获批的专利号，然后交由国家专利局查询其法律状态？另外，自己通过EPonline检索与交由专利局检索同族专利的检索结果在完整性有不同吗？
         还望大家不吝赐教。先谢过了。在线等结果。

进去后输入号码，打开案件，在抬头上点击“national phase”如果进入中国会看到，能直接链接到sipo。

以上是EPonline检索到的结果，是因为未缴年费而撤销吧！？
如果年费上缴不及时，在一段时间内重新缴的话，专利是否依然生效？这段时间是多长？
另外，这是欧洲专利，在中国的专利法律状态怎么查询呢？

假设第某一专利年度超过6个月仍然未缴年费，大概在第7－8个月的时候会收到视为放弃通知书，2个月内可以恢复权力。

其实就在果汁局的首页上，多找找就找到了。

问题是专利是WO的 还没查到中国的申请(专利)号 or 法律状态公告日 or 法律状态

上面不是说了嘛，不一定每个PCT都要进中国啊。
