“is in contact with”可以翻译成接触，但是结合上下文加上“直接”似乎更有对比性，当然没有“直接”也行
这几个with搞得我很晕，呵呵

你这个翻译还没交稿啊，老板要骂了。这个翻译结合具体实施方式中上下文的叙述，尤其是附图，看看intermediate layer 到底是咋回事， doped region 在intermediate layer 的什么位置，然后再说。
