写得保护范围大，查文献看看有没有新颖性问题吧？

大体看来并没有什么patenable subject matter，可以看看原来的审批程序，引证案是什么，是如何授权的。
另外现在的技术发展趋势是集成吧，没有必要写cuff和main body是分开的，不必要的限制。

首先查查它的法律状态，然后调出它的file wrapper看看到底如何授权的，然后再说。

现在信息化无线化，控制部分和cuff分开是一个技术特征，这都不懂。

我一直很奇怪的是这么大保护范围的一个权利要求在美国会被授权。对美国专利法不是太了解，不知道也没有人可以解释下？另外对于楼上的建议非常感谢。我们也考虑到了，但是问题是其日本专利的相关文件至少在网上是搜不出来吧? 应该是需要到日本或者委托进行查询。
