美国实用新型有延长保护期吗？
如果没有延长期，实用新型是和我们一样10年吗

1995年6月8日及以后提出的专利（除设计专利）申请，其期限为：自从专利申请之日或最早申请之日起计算20年届满

那么就是说实用新型也是基本在20年左右
那他们的设计专利又是多少年呢？

美国没有实用新型专利一说。只有发明专利、外观设计专利、植物专利。
