关于在国外申请专利，涉及专利优先权转让的问题请教。
具体为，大陆A公司在国内申请了专利，将专利国外申请的优先权转让给B公司，让B在国外申请，可国外一些国家要求一个被ZF公证过的优先权转让协议。他们所说的ZF，是不是就是国家认可的一般公证处就可以了？再就是，公证处接受英文材料的公证吗？谢谢
