我觉得lz一般应该先贴出自己的翻译，以供别人参考。

我觉得可以类似这样翻：
具有有环形壁（16）的园环形的第二电极（14），该环形壁限定中心开口（18）和外部边以在环形壁和外部边之间形成带。

我感觉楼主有点过分了。这样的句子，应该先提供一下自己的译文，然后说明自己的困惑和自我感觉不妥之处。否则，实在是有点偷懒的嫌疑。

我是觉得无法把中文表达好，所以才没贴上中文，我没有不翻译，你们可以看一下我以前的帖子，我的困惑就是主题。
