应该提供具体的原文。不过一般only if 用在这样的句式中：为某行为+only if +条件，翻译成：“仅当。。（条件成立）时，方。。。（为某行为）”或者“（为某行为），但以。。。（条件成立）为限”。

还是二楼的准确，“只有（当）。。。（成立）时”，后面的条件是必要条件。
“一旦”有歧义，后面的条件可能不是必要的条件，而只是多种诱因中的一种情况而已。
