A discharging control valve is arranged at the place where the material storage box is connected with the particle circulating line.如果没有at the place ，意思也一样，但是 where 在法律英语中有“如果”的意思，会产生歧义：“如果material storage box is connected with the particle circulating line，那么A discharging control valve is arranged“。
所以还是这个比较好。
