PCT申请是否包含外观?
记得之前PCT专利申请类型里只有实用新型和发明,今天看到一个案子WO/2011/015937 (http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/fet ... =ENG&DISPLAY=CLAIMS),其公开文本和美国的外观专利一样:WO 2011015937 SUBSTRATE FOR A SURFACE MOUNT LIGHT EMITTING DIODE
SPECIFICATION
have invented a new ornamental design for a Substrate For A Surface Mount Light Emitting Diode, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings (three sheets), forming a part thereof:
Figure 1 is a perspective view of the substrate illustrating our new ornamental design;
Figure 2 is a front view of the substrate;
Figure 3 is a rear view of the substrate;
Figure 4 is a top view of the substrate;
Figure 5 is a bottom view of the substrate;
Figure 6 is a left side view of the substrate; and
Figure 7 is a right side view of the substrate.
We claim:
The ornamental design for a Substrate For A Surface Mount Light Emitting Diode as shown and described in the drawings.

现外观专利是否可申请PCT??

PCT国际申请不包括外观设计。但有一个关于外观的海牙协定《工业品外观设计国际备案海牙协定》，也是可以由WIPO受理的。不过附件里显示的是“PCT”，很奇怪啊？哪位了解的给大家解惑一下呗~
