查一个盖专利的法律状态，显示是：Notice of Allowance Mailed -- Application Received in Office of Publications ，这后面一部分是啥意思啊？望高手指点。

A patent application will be published 18 months from filing date unless it was requested not to be published. This patent application was sent to the publication office to be published in official gazatte. That is it.
