Abstract of JP 4364185(A)
PURPOSE:To obtain a new compound useful as an antimicrobial agent, having low toxicity. CONSTITUTION:S-(-)-9-Fluoro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl or ethyl-1-piperazinyl)-7- oxo-2,3-dihydro-7H-pyridobenzoxazine-6-carboxulic acid. This compound is obtained by subjecting a 3-alkyl-7,8-dihalogeno-1,4-benzoxazine derivative shown by formula I and a cyclic amino acid shown by formula II to amide bond reaction to give a diastereomer mixture shown by formula III. The mixture is subjected to fractional crystallization, separated and the product is hydrolyzed to give a 3S-7,8-dihalogeno-3-alkyl-1,4-benzoxazine shown by formula IV, which is allowed to react with a lower alkoxymethylenemalonic acid di-lower alkyl ester and the product is reacted with a polyphosphoric acid, etc., under heating and the product is reacted with an N-lower alkylpiperazine.

Abstract of JP 2008845(A)
PURPOSE:To allow scooping up and removing of an image forming solvent in a short period of time by constituting a container for housing said solvent of a 1st bottom part which guides a recording material toward squeeze rollers while immersing the material in the solvent and a 2nd bottom part which receives the solvent dropping from the squeeze rollers. CONSTITUTION:The image forming solvent coater which transports the sheet- shaped recording material A in the container 174a, b while immersing the material in the image forming solvent controlled to a prescribed temp. by a heater 180 and scrapes the excess image forming solvent by crimping the recording material A between a pair of the squeeze rollers 176 is used. The bottom surface of the containers 174a, b is constituted of a recess 174b which covers at least the lower side in the gravity direction of the rollers 176 and a part 174a which is continuous with said recess and has the gently curved perpendicular section guiding the recording material A to the crimping part of a pair of the rolls 176. The scooping up and removing of the image forming solvent are executed in a short period of time in this way.
