美国专利侵权诉讼案件受理的法院需要满足3个条件：1。主题管辖权；

35 U.S.C. 1338 (a) The district courts shall have original jurisdiction of any civil action arising under any Act of Congress relating to patents, plant variety protection, copyrights and trademarks. Such jurisdiction shall be exclusive of the courts of the states in patent, plant variety protection and copyright cases.
2。人身管辖权：被告人与受理法院所在地的联系。按照美国判例法而来。源于美国宪法正当程序的要求。
3。方便管辖：以被告所在地或侵权行为地优先。

28 U.S.C. § 1400. Patents and copyrights, mask works, and designs
How Current is This? (a) Civil actions, suits, or proceedings arising under any Act of Congress relating to copyrights or exclusive rights in mask works or designs may be instituted in the district in which the defendant or his agent resides or may be found.
(b) Any civil action for patent infringement may be brought in the judicial district where the defendant resides, or where the defendant has committed acts of infringement and has a regular and established place of business.
另外，如果只需禁止令，不许赔偿，可以到美国国际贸易委员会要求337调查。

看來各州法院無權受理，祗有聯邦法院可以審。
