谁能帮我看看这个专利的法律状态？ES8308954A1，急求！

答辩遇到了一个麻烦的专利，ES8308954A1，公开日期是1983.12.16，但是欧洲专利局查不到它的法律状态，也不知道这个西班牙专利的保护年限，恳请各位帮帮忙阿！万分感谢！

The EPO does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of data and information originating from other authorities than the EPO; in particular, the EPO does not guarantee that they are complete, up-to-date or fit for specific purposes.

特别注意：
INPADOC legal status for ES8308954 (A1) 1983-12-16 is not available in the esp@cenet database

貌似没收录- -

我试试其他方法- -

在西班牙专利局官网竟然没查到=。=

果汁局审查出的对比文件也可能是无效的专利把？
