可能是德国专利的补充证书吧！
D1申请的补充保护证书
D2授权的补充保护证书

楼主在欧专局上看看这个专利的同族专利，用代码D1表示的。

里面的代码很全。
楼主看ST.16一栏。
至于把DE50204255D对应为DE50204255D1，我是猜测的，因为欧专局的同族专利一栏中显示为DE50204255D D1，而有些专利也有这种情况，如
Publication info:CN1267050C C- 2006-08-02。
我在以前查到过几个代码标识为D的德国专利，在同族专利中都在D的后面拖了D1。

When an European patent application enters the national phase in Germany, a new patent number for the German part is assigned (designated). The D code is assigned for a granted EP or PCT number in bulletin. At first, the D documents have only the bibliographic data without a real (German ) text. When the translation for this application is filed, this codewill change to T (T1, T2, ...)
有资料表明德国专利流水号（以50开始）50=欧洲专利指定国为德国，德国给予的德国专利号。只在德国专利公报上刊载该号并不出版说明书。说明书是以欧洲专利说明书为准。
